Online Privacy Notice

If you are just browsing through our website, we do not request any personally identifiable information, nor do we collect unique identifying information about you unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide us that information such as when you send us an email or complete an application online. If you provide us this information, it is only used internally and in furtherance of the purpose for which it was provided. TurboStats Software may collect general information from our website simply to help us provide server usage statistical to assist you both in your fundraising advertising and for balancing server performance so you and your clients have a good experience using our website.

Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are on the Internet. Web servers, the computers that "serve up" Web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When collecting information, TurboStats Software and Turbo Graphics & Design do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous. TurboStats Software and Turbo Graphics & Design may use IP addresses to audit the use of our site. IP addresses can and will be used to IP identify a user when necessary for security purposes.

What is a Cookie?

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients, former clients, or website visitors to anyone, except as permitted by law. Our Privacy Policy provides you an opt-out notice as required by law.

Email Policies

In the future, if you have provided us with your email, we may send emails to our gamecasting clients for offering the purchase of game videos or highlight tapes. We may also send you emails to market our products and services that may be of interest to you. We may also provide you an opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter; however, we will always provide you an opportunity to unsubscribe from these advertising promotions as required by law. TurboStats Software and Turbo Graphics & Design may send these emails as an agent on our behalf.

External Third Party Links

There are multiple third-party links on our website. Many of these links are added by your league coordinators as they have the ability to customize their pages. With the exception of our web developer, Turbo Graphics & Design, we do NOT have access to the information collected by any third party, nor can we control how they use this information. If you have questions or concerns about the privacy policies and practices of these third parties, please review their websites and contact them directly.

Privacy of Children: Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act “COPPA”

TurboStats Software takes the privacy and protection of children very seriously. Our Sites are "general audience" websites and not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect names or any other personally identifiable information from children while viewing our sites. We do not knowingly market to children nor do we allow children to open accounts without parental consent. TurboStats Software does not post names or photos of children, however our customers have licensed their own sites on our servers and are responsible for making sure all provisions of the COPPA laws are followed for any content they post. If any of our customers post any names or photos of children on this site, they must have verifiable proof of parental consent for such use. If you are a parent or guardian and think we have unauthorized information about your child who is under the age of 13, please let us know by contacting us at support@turbostats.com. TurboStats and Turbo Graphics & Design maintain a policy of attempting to block search engines from scanning and indexing our team and league sites. We do this using a robots.txt file and rely on Google and other search engines for adherence to the rules we place in our robots.txt file of not indexing the site content or photos.

Using our Sports Sites to Post Team Data and Stats

TurboStats provides our customers with space on our team website server as an optional service for our customers to communicate their rosters, schedules, scores, stats and game videos.  TurboStats does not automatically transfer any of your team's private data to our sports sites without your consent and selection to upload this data. The users of our software products have the option to use these services to post their team data or just keep their own private local copy. We do not sell or distribute any personal information to any third-party without your permission. We do not sell access to your data to your competitors for scouting, however if they know your site address they can view your webpages if you choose to post them. The end users of our software are responsible for all content posted on their team sites and may remove them at any time. They may also contact our support department (support@turbostats.com) for a complete removal of their account and data. 

Data Storage

TurboStats uses third-party hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage and related technology required to run the TurboStats websites. Such third-party vendors may collect and store your data on behalf of TurboStats. TurboStats owns the code, data and all rights therein. TurboStats incorporates reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information. However, no data transmission over the Internet, wireless transmission, or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that TurboStats cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via its websites and/or products, and you do so at your own risk. The websites are classified as general audience websites.

All TurboStats websites do not respond to “do not track” settings in browsers.
