OPTIONAL: TurboStats Serial Number:
If you want to get started using TurboStats right away download and install the demo software and get the serial number using Help > About in the Team Form.  We can then email your password to unlock your software.  No returns will be allowed after your password is given.   Applies to new orders and upgrades.   If you own TurboStats and are adding ScoreKeeper we also need your TurboStats Serial number to create a password.

UPGRADE SECTION (You must be a registered user to qualify)

If you previously ordered from one of our resellers and are upgrading you must enter your old Serial Number for verification

Return Policy:

PC Stat and Playbook Software:  Up to 60 days from date of purchase if password card is unopened or not requested on this order form.  We cannot allow retruns for any software that is unlocked with a password. 
ScoreKeeper for the Palm Pilot: is not password protected and therefore we do not allow returns of it once the CD has shipped.  All our products can be used prior to purchasing by downloading them from the free downloads page.
PALM PDA's.  We will replace the PDA if unit is not functioning when it arrives. After 2 weeks all returns will be handled through PALM INC for up to 1 year from date of purchase.
